We are looking for our next resident to join Siebenthal Care Home Community that would benefit from our Dementia Care Program. We have a private room available. Prices depend on level care. Our program encourage, rediscover, reteach their talents & hobbies to make new friends & find a daily purpose. Physical Rehab Program to use what you have today to prepare for better health tomorrow: daily walks, stretches, chair, or exercise equipment workout. Focus on building muscle mass to improve balance & increase circulation. Music therapy improves mental & and overall health. Cognitive Activity Program is adjusted to resident ability , which includes: ride along program, walk in park & picnic, movie in park, crafts, planting, watering, jewelry making, painting, baking, assist in cooking their favorite dishes & so many other outings. Admin set up Dr. video appts or take residents to Dr. Appts to ensure good communication for treatment so our residents can function at their best level living with Dementia. or physical limitations.
