Golden Heart Care Home is licensed by the California Department of Social Services and is NOT Allowed to provide 24-HOUR Skilled Nursing Care. Residents with Dementia diagnosis maybe accepted and retained. Our Basic Services: To ensure a safe and healthful living environment for all residents include - Care and Supervision; Observation for changes in Physical, mental, emotional and social functioning; Notification to resident's family, Physician and other appropriate person/agency of resident's needs; Food services.to include 3 nutritious meals daily and snacks, special diets if prescribed by a doctor; Assistance to gain access to supportive services, such as voting, senior assistance agencies. etc.; Assistance with personal Activities of Daily Living as follows: Dressing, Eating, Toileting, Bathing, Grooming, Mobility task, other personal care needs.
