Are they private or shared? All 4 rooms are currently vacant. Room 1 is a master bedroom which is shared with two occupants and also Room 2 is shared with two occupants. 2. Are there any gender requirements for those rooms? None 3. Is there a bathroom inside the rooms? There are two baths. One is in the master bedroom and the other is in the general area between the other three rooms 4. What is the monthly rate? (Please provide the minimum/basic to the maximum rate.) $7000 is our starting rate we offer the services below; it is subject to change depending on the level of care. For a starting rate of $6,000 per month, we offer: ✔ 24/7 personalized care tailored to individual needs ✔ Private and shared accommodations ✔ Three nutritious, home-cooked meals per day ✔ Medication administration for health and safety ✔ Engaging activities, including Bingo, word puzzles, and arts & crafts ✔ Laundry services & light housekeeping to maintain a clean, comfortable environment ✔ Social engagement & companionship to promote emotional well-being ✔ Transportation assistance for medical appointments and local outings 5.
