We provide a coordinated and collaborative 24-hour care and supervision to clients in this 2-bedroom 2-bath home: - with or without medical conditions including restricted health conditions as defined by CA Title 22 regulations section 87612: use of oxygen or breathing machine, colostomy/ileostomy care, catheter care, bowel/bladder incontinence, contractures, diabetes, stage 1 & 2 pressure injuries, wound care, and injections. - with prohibited health conditions as defined by CA Title 22 regulations section 87615 and excepted by the Dept. of Social Services: gastrostomy/nasogastric tubes, selected serious infections, stage 3 & 4 pressure injuries, and total care. - with varying functional capabilities. - receiving hospice care from a licensed hospice agency. - requiring respite care and dementia care. - who are ambulatory, non-ambulatory, and bedridden.
